Job hunting in 2024 sucked. Interviews are way more selective - past projects and behavioral interviews have become convenient excuses for downleveling senior engineers.

I'm far from a perfect candidate. I've passed and failed plenty of coding rounds, particularly leetcode-style ones. But it can't be an excuse - if I can't pass, someone else will, to put bread on their table.

These interviews aren't going anywhere. I built this site to help other devs who are struggling like I did. It's definitely a work in progress, but let's connect if you found Voice Mode useful.
